Over the last twenty five years Australian  winemakers have  adopted the latest  winemaking  and marketing techniques to develop their industry and spread  Australian influence worldwide.  Australia managed the unthinkable in 2001 by overtaking France to become the number one wine importer by value  in the UK. Not bad for a country with only 2% of the world’s wine production. We are most interested  in those growers seeking their own identity from their  individual  terroirs.  World class Shiraz still dominate our listings.
