- All prices are quoted in £ Sterling excluding VAT at 17.5%
- IB = Offered in bond, exclusive of Duty & VAT
- Exclusive of Delivery Charge unless agreed otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless the customer has an approved credit account allowing 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to charge 3% interest per month compound if invoices are not settled within 30 days. All further deliveries will be suspended in the event that any payment is overdue. We do accept payment by Visa and Mastercard but we do reserve the right to charge a 2% surcharge on each transaction.
All wines remain the property of L'Assemblage Ltd until payment is received in full. EXPORT: All export orders are to be paid in full prior to the goods being released for shipment unless agreed in writing before.
All deliveries are charged at cost excluding VAT or are available for collection from London City Bond. National and international transport can be recommended at their prevailing rates. Bond storage and insurance is also available. Please notify us and the carrier of any damage or shortfalls on collection or delivery within 48 hours.

We purchase wines in good faith which meet our quality criteria with respect to provenance and cellarage conditions. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for expected quality in the bottle as perceived by you the customer. Old vintage wines will deteriorate naturally with age and, therefore it is at the buyer's risk when purchasing such vintages. We can provide photos and conditional reports to support provenance and authenticity.

All oral orders shall form a contract conditional upon our written order confirmation or sales invoice. In the event of a cancellation of order we reserve the right to charge 20% of the total value invoiced payable on receipt of our credit note. This may be deducted from existing paid wines held in our possession if payment is not made within 10 days of receipt of the credit note.
Our contracts are made under English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We are not liable for any failure to meet our obligations due to occasional circumstances beyond our control.
